Which booking systems does Dashlark work with?

Square Appointments is connected today — an assistant reads your real availability and writes into the same calendar your staff already use. On the roadmap, in no fixed order: Mindbody, Vagaro, Booksy, Jane, GlossGenius and Calendly. Which one we connect next depends on who asks: the free scan spots the system you run, so joining the waitlist is also how you vote for it. Until yours is connected, Dashlark can still reach you by phone so the booking is not lost.

Which assistants can actually book me?

Claude works today through a custom connector. ChatGPT works where your workspace allows custom apps, and any client that speaks MCP — the open protocol underneath — uses the same address. You are not signing up with one assistant; you are publishing one endpoint all of them can read.

What if two people book the same slot?

Availability is read from your calendar, not from a copy of it, and it is checked again at the moment of confirmation — not when the assistant first looked. If the slot went while the customer was deciding, the booking fails and the assistant is told to pick another time. Dashlark never writes a booking your calendar has not accepted.

Can an assistant book something without my approval?

No, and that is structural rather than a promise. Booking takes two steps: the assistant stages it and shows you the exact service, time and price, and nothing reaches the business until you approve and the second call goes through. A staged booking that is not confirmed within fifteen minutes lapses on its own.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Yes — through the business, the way you would any other appointment: their confirmation message, their booking page, or a phone call. Their cancellation policy applies as usual. Cancelling from inside the assistant is not available yet: today Dashlark books, it does not unbook.
